Child Generates Parent Invite

Child-perspective invite generation. The child generates a code that their parent will enter on the parent's device (in ParentalDashboard or Profile → Family Safety) to claim the link.

Mirrors POST /guardian/invite but flips guardian/child roles in the pending row: the child is recorded as the link's child end immediately, and the guardian slot stays NULL until the parent claims it.
