Launch Groups

Assigns a domain to a launch group.

Assigns the domain named in the path to the launch group, recording it with dns_status: pending. With no request body, assigns a brand-new domain that has no prior site instance association. To assign a domain that already exists on a member site instance (a Standby domain) instead, provide source_site_id and source_environment_id in the request body — the domain is moved from that member onto the group's Published member. Rejects with a 409 if the domain is unavailable, if the source site instance is not a member of the group, if the domain does not exist on the source site instance, or if assigning it would exceed the platform's per-site-instance domain limit. Requires the manage launch group permission.
