Launch Groups

Removes an assigned domain from a launch group.

Destructively removes a custom domain from the launch group and the platform. This is irreversible — after this, requests to the domain return 404 until the customer updates their own DNS. Rejects with a 409 if is_removable is false (the group's own fqdn). Requires the manage launch group permission.
