Returns: action (OPEN_LONG/OPEN_SHORT/CLOSE), confidence (0.0-1.0), entry_price, take_profit, stop_loss, risk_reward, indicators (RSI/MACD/EMA/ATR), risk_flags, thesis, quota_remaining.
