Get Strategy Cards

Proxy to strategy-engine /cards — the rich subscriber-facing cards.

Each card has display_name, tagline, what_it_does, best_in_regime, typical_hold/target/stop, typical_signals_per_day, tier_required, subscriber_expectation, risks, ideal_for, not_ideal_for. The SPA renders these as the primary strategy-browse experience.
