Api V2 Gex Historical Get

Get historical GEX data.

Each bucket is the last snapshot inside it, up to window_units buckets per request (newest first); page further back with start_date / end_date. Per-strike detail is kept for a shorter window than the summary, so buckets older than it carry the walls and net_gex stored with the snapshot, and total_call_gex / total_put_gex are null.
