Api V2 Gex Flip-Surface Get

Multi-horizon spot-shift dealer-gamma surface (PROTOTYPE).

Returns the dealer-gamma profile per horizon on a shared price grid, plus the resolved flip per horizon and a single wall overlay. See docs/gex_flip_surface_contract.md for the full contract.
