Get Gex Expirations

Distinct option expirations seen in gex_by_strike within the trailing lookback_hours. Powers the Strike-Profile chart's expiry dropdown so today's expiration stays available even after market close (when the latest /api/gex/by-strike snapshot has dropped it — the analytics engine stops writing rows for expired contracts). Default 24h covers a post-close shift; cap at 168h (1 week) bounds the scan.
