Support run completed event

Fired when an Ana support run finishes (private beta). run.status is completed, or needs_human when Ana handed the question to a person. The run object matches GET /v1/support/runs/{runId}.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
