Debug Mailbox

IMAP introspection for one account (admin, debug only).

Live IMAP I/O is owned by the integration client (cron/analyzer side) and is not wired into the API yet; the route resolves the account and honors INTEGRATIONS_READ_ONLY (no mutation). Until the live client lands it reports that live introspection is unavailable rather than performing network I/O here.
