Resync Abacus Account

Force a full re-backfill of an Abacus account (accountant/owner; resync plan §Manual resync).

Row-locks the account (the poller's FOR UPDATE lock), resets every feed's forward cursor (incl. both F2 split directions) to null and clears each watermark so the next cron cycle re-walks the anchored backlog and re-stamps. Idempotent; does NOT delete ingested data (dedup makes the re-walk a no-op). Returns the updated account.
