Confirm Device Receipt Card

Attach the receipt to the card transaction the employee picked from the candidate list.

The pick is validated against that same list and re-checked under the row lock (409 device.cardAlreadyTaken if an accountant matched it first). The receipt then leaves the web Receipts queue; the accountant still approves and classifies the transaction. A repeat of a pick that already succeeded answers 200 again; a receipt that is no longer waiting in the queue is refused (409 device.receiptAlreadyPlaced).

Optional category_id / purpose (ZR-11): the employee's suggestion, written to the transaction only where it has none yet (an accountant's choice is never overwritten). 422 device.categoryNotAvailable for a category that is not an active one of this company — nothing is attached. The accountant still classifies and approves.
