Request Token Purchase

Ask to buy more tokens. Any member — this is the intent path, not the purchase.

Ships ahead of payments because without it "buying unblocks" means emailing a human who may be away, and the demand leaves no trace. An admin sees the request, records the purchase, and the wall clears. When a payment provider arrives this is the row that becomes the order; it is the machinery a provider replaces, not competes with.
