List Gl Template Accounts

The standard P&L accounts that fiscal_year's chart lacks and a booking may still name (CompanyMember): posting a document to one creates it under the name given here. Empty when that year is not open or has no chart yet (nothing would be created there).

ZCT-948 — the manual coding dialog offers these beside the chart, marked new, so the account the AI proposed for a held document can be chosen before it exists.
