Delete Gl Journal Entry

Discard a draft entry and its lines (ZET-127).

409 for a posted or reversed entry (reverse it instead), a locked entry, a closed period, or a draft a commercial document / AI posting decision / payment / VAT close waiver still names. The discard is audited; entry_no is assigned at post, so discarding a draft leaves no gap in the journal sequence.
