Adopt Gl Provision Balance

Adopt a pre-existing hand-booked GL balance into the register — accountant (or admin).

Records a movement of kind adopted with no journal entry (the balance already sits in the ledger). 422 when the provision already has movements (adoption must be the opening movement) or the amount exceeds the still-unattributed balance on the liability account code as of the adoption date; 404 when no fiscal year contains the date.
