Enqueue AI drafting of an outgoing invoice (ai-on-demand plan §D2/D3).

Only enqueues an ai_task row (202) — the ai-tasks worker maps the instruction onto the product catalog via the LLM gateway and saves a draft stamped origin=ai; poll GET …/ai-tasks/{task_id} — the created invoice id lands in target_id/result. 404 unknown customer. The outward-facing issue click stays human.
