Get Ar Invoice Pdf

Stream the stored snapshot PDF; render + store it on demand if still pending.

A draft is rendered from its current state and streamed without being stored (like POST …/preview): a draft has no frozen PDF, and a stored one used to become the issued invoice's snapshot — mailed by send with no number and pre-edit lines (ZENO-226). 503 when the renderer is down.
