Returns a cursor-paginated page of recent pull requests in the organization's code-review inbox. Results can be narrowed by teamId, repositoryId, and claimStatus. Pass the cursor fields from the previous page (cursorCreatedAtUtc, cursorId) to fetch the next page.

Scoped to the organization identified by the route orgId.
