Delete Output Feed

Delete an output feed. The body must repeat its exact name.

Its mapping versions and export runs cascade; the public URL starts answering 404 immediately, which is the point — a channel still polling it should notice. Its exported files go once the deletion has committed (decision 222): they stayed on the export volume for good.
