Get monitor metrics

Returns downsampled chart points per region for [from, to), capped at 500 points. Granularity raw is allowed only for windows of at most 48 hours. from defaults to 24 hours before to; to defaults to now.

Resource id. Ids belonging to another account behave as missing (404).

Bucket size for the points.

RFC 3339 start of the window (inclusive).

RFC 3339 end of the window (exclusive).
