Update Transport

Update the user's transport mode preferences.

Validates that all supplied modes are in {driving, walking, cycling, transit} and that the list is non-empty. Sets primary_transport_mode to modes[0].

If update_radius=True, also resets default_radius_km to the default radius for the primary mode (e.g. walking → 5 km, driving → 50 km).
