Restore a card

Bring a deleted card back from the trash to its lane. find_cards with in_trash lists the trash.

Needs a token with the cards.delete permission. Without it: This token can't delete or restore cards. Ask the human to do it, or to create a token with that permission turned on. Same as the MCP tool restore_card.
