Delete a card
Move a card to the trash: duplicates, or work the human decided against. It can be restored with restore_card until the trash is emptied. Refuses a card another agent holds.
Needs a token with the cards.delete permission. Without it: This token can't delete or restore cards. Ask the human to do it, or to create a token with that permission turned on. Same as the MCP tool delete_card.
