Free fix for a permissions finding: revoke a delegation or cancel a check (unsigned transaction + Xaman request)

Body { action: "revoke_delegation", account, delegate } returns a DelegateSet with an empty Permissions list; { action: "cancel_check", account, checkId } returns a CheckCancel. The finding is re-verified on the live ledger first. Free. XRPLHub never signs: the account owner signs in their own wallet.
