Replay Hypothesis Endpoint

2026-10-02 (AJ: "起啦" -- follow-up to a "what's the single highest-leverage next step" discussion): the reproducibility/ verification extension to Research Memory. Diffs the real-world composite snapshot (price, confluence direction, headline count, insider activity, short interest) frozen when this hypothesis was created against a fresh one computed right now -- "what's actually changed since I made this call", not another AI opinion about whether the hypothesis still holds. Costs more quota than a plain hypothesis CRUD call (see intelligence_quota_service.ENDPOINT_WEIGHT's "hypothesis_replay" entry) since it does a real live fetch, same as /v1/technical or /v1/regime-signal.
