Mark Conversation as Read
Changed onMarks a specific Chat conversation as read on behalf of the authenticated user. For 1:1 conversations, provide the recipient's user ID; the server constructs the canonical conversation ID from the authenticated user and recipient. Without action_signatures the conversation is marked read up to its newest event and the read receipt is unsigned. With one action signature over a MarkConversationReadEvent, the server sends that signed read receipt, marking the conversation read up to the event it names.
