Archive a Chat Conversation

Archives a Chat conversation for the authenticated user only. Archiving an archived conversation changes nothing. Works for group and 1:1 conversations. For 1:1 conversations, provide the recipient's user ID; the server constructs the canonical conversation ID from the authenticated user and recipient.
