Search Google Flights itineraries by route and dates, with cabin, stops, airline and passenger filters, returning flight legs, duration and availability status.

Query parameters

originstring

Departure airport IATA code (e.g. "JFK").

destinationstring

Arrival airport IATA code (e.g. "LHR").

departure_datestring

Departure date in YYYY-MM-DD format.

return_datestring

Return date in YYYY-MM-DD format; omit for one-way.

cabin_classstring

Cabin class: ECONOMY, PREMIUM_ECONOMY, BUSINESS, or FIRST.

max_stopsstring

Stop filter: ANY, NON_STOP, ONE_STOP, or TWO_PLUS_STOPS.

departure_windowstring

Departure time window in HH-HH format (e.g. "6-20").

airlinesstring[]

Airline IATA codes to filter by (e.g. ["BA", "AA"]).

sort_bystring

Sort order: CHEAPEST, DURATION, DEPARTURE_TIME, or ARRIVAL_TIME.

passengersinteger

Number of adult passengers (1-9).

jmespathstring

Optional JMESPath expression applied server-side to project or reduce the JSON response before it is returned (mirrors the MCP jmespath argument). Invalid expressions, expressions larger than 1024 UTF-8 bytes, or projections that exceed the 256 KB output cap return HTTP 400 with a {_jmespath_error, original_keys} envelope.
