Import metadata into an existing project

Import JSON or DDI/XML into an existing project. For microdata DDI, options is a comma-separated list of sections to apply. When variable_groups is included, the project's group tree is replaced from the DDI (VID membership is mapped to UIDs after variables are imported). JSON import maps variable_groups when the key is present (interchange rows or a nested tree).
