Set a resource's working hours

Upserts working-hours rows by (resource, day_of_week). day_of_week is 0=Sunday..6=Saturday.

Unique per write, 1-256 printable ASCII characters. Retrying with the same key and the same request replays the original response for 24 hours. See Idempotency.
