List a resource's dated absences

Lists dated unavailability windows for a resource. An absence blocks scheduling and auto-assignment for jobs whose window overlaps it; ends_at is exclusive, so a window ending at 17:00 does not overlap one starting at 17:00. Pass from and/or to to limit results to absences overlapping that range, using the same exclusive-end rule.
