Delete a User

Permanently deletes a user and anonymizes their personal data (name, email, etc.).

The user must be deactivated first — attempting to delete an active user returns 422.

Note on SCIM: If users are managed via SCIM, a SCIM deactivation (active: false) leaves them ready to delete via this endpoint. Users removed with a SCIM DELETE are already deleted.

Note: Deleted users are not accessible via the API and will return a 404 error on subsequent requests.
