Delete Identity Relationship Endpoint

Delete a user-created relationship (both directions).

Relationships using built-in user types (USER_RELATIONSHIP_TYPES) or org-defined custom types can be deleted via API. System-generated relationships (e.g., same_face, same_document, merged) are protected.
