Create Fingerprint Endpoint

Add a document fingerprint to the compromised database.

Request body: fingerprint_hash: The perceptual hash to flag. reason: Why this document is compromised. source_document_id: Optional — the document ID this was derived from. fingerprint_type: Hash type (default: dhash).
