Flag Document Compromised Endpoint

Flag a document as compromised — computes its fingerprint and adds to the database.

This is a convenience endpoint that handles fingerprint computation automatically. The document remains accessible but its fingerprint will match future uploads.

Request body: reason: Why this document is compromised.
