List session content files by session number (MED-1086 / E1.3m)

Session-number-addressed sibling of /cohorts/{cohortId}/sessions/{sessionId}/content. Returns the shared (cohort, group_coaching, session_number) content files, the modality AI flag, and a header built from the cohort + session-number topic. files is empty until a deck is uploaded (deck upload stays on the sessionId path). Lets the by-number editor render before groups exist.
