Soft-delete the active file for a slot (MED-784)

Clears a slot by soft-deleting the currently active row. Distinct from the AC6 replace flow on POST: this leaves the slot empty rather than swapping it for a new file. The CM may then re-upload to the same slot cleanly. Returns 204 on success, 404 if the slot was already empty.
