Get the Session Leaders grid for a peer_led cohort (MED-906)

Returns the rows-and-columns data backing the Session Leaders tab on the cohort page. Available only for cohorts whose group_coaching modality has coaching_sub_type='peer_led'. Gated by the live_session_delivery feature flag.

Cells reflect the current sessions.session_leader_id value — manual assignments made via PUT /api/cohorts/:cohortId/sessions/:sessionId/leader (MED-812) appear here. The "Generate Rotation Order" algorithm is deferred to a follow-up ticket.
