Returns, per group in a peer_led cohort, every participant's intake-derived rotation rationale: IvsE average, prep-preference average, topic-excitement selections (mapped to the group's session numbers), prior coaching/leadership experience (a boolean plus the raw selections), and the free-text availability note.

This is a read-only presentation layer over the SAME scores the E4.0c rotation algorithm consumes — values are recomputed from each participant's latest intake form_submissions.raw_payload on demand, so they match the numbers the algorithm used. Backs the Participants subpage and the refined Schedule drawer.

"Sessions assigned" is NOT returned here — the FE derives it from the phase-aware proposal/grid state so it tracks the Schedule grid.
