Get upcoming sessions for the coach

Returns the next 5 upcoming sessions (attendance not yet submitted) for the coach's assigned groups, sorted by scheduled_start ascending.

MED-781: Each row includes participant_count (group_members count) so the dashboard's Needs Attention rail can render group size for the Starts Today and Prep Needed cards without an extra fetch.
