Issue plastic card (direct invoice)

Issues a plastic card for the specified user and sends it to the provided address. This method has to be used in conjunction with Create invoice for direct payment api.

Delivery ID returned from the fees invoice endpoint (POST /api/v1/cards/:type/fees/:country/payment) (required when fees are enforced)

Courier service that should be used to deliver the card

Name that should be printed on the card
