Unsubscribe the recipient

Opts the recipient out of every email address they hold with the sender and records a sticky delivery-unsubscribe consent assertion that a later customer-declared opt-in cannot override. Accepts the confirmation form (empty body) and the RFC 8058 one-click body List-Unsubscribe=One-Click, which receives a plain-text 200. Repeating the request is safe.
