Get the receiver URL a customer points the provider's webhook at

Returns the per-account webhook receiver URL together with the provider's signature scheme and the provider-native events to enable. A customer-owned (BYOK) email account gets its URL token at connect, when Whisperr also registers the webhook in the provider account (Resend, Postmark, SendGrid); later calls return the same URL. Managed Postmark reports the webhook it registered during provisioning.
