Delete a link type (bookings keep their snapshot; its team handle is freed)

Without force=1, a link with upcoming confirmed bookings is refused (409 has_future_bookings with count) so the owner can confirm. After a delete its bookings stay on the calendars and can still be cancelled; reschedule answers 409 link_unavailable.
