Booking links

Zero-config provisioning (idempotent): profile + default 30-minute link

Creates the profile (nickname from your name or email, timezone from tz → account → UTC, Mon–Fri 09–17) and the default "30 min meeting" link when missing. The link is live as soon as this returns. Same response as GET.
