Answered for the account from any of its profiles, including an exchange alias. consent.state is outdated when the terms changed since they were accepted. Each exchange carries the caller's own aliasProfileId -- switch into it with POST /me/profiles/{profileId}/session to write -- and the other writer's alias display name. The other writer's account is never part of any response.
