Get a conversation with its messages and notes

The conversation, every message (oldest first), the internal notes, and timeline — messages and notes merged in the order the cabinet shows them. Reading does not change the status unless mark_read=1 (then an unread conversation becomes open, as when a person opens it in the cabinet).
