Lists every global section of the project, newest first. A global section is one shared item subtree (for example a header or footer) rendered by several pages; editing it changes every page that hosts it.

Each section carries:

• id: the section id used by the per-section endpoint
• itemId: the root item of the shared subtree
• usageCount and usedInPages: the page assignments (type, handle, locale, market) that render it
• items: the current live item subtree
