Update a group chat

Renames a group (title, publicTitle; any kind) and/or adds and removes members of a manual group (addOrgCreatorIds, removeOrgCreatorIds). The members of campaign and all groups follow their roster: editing them returns 400 MANUAL_ONLY. Removed creators lose access to the group at once.
